Post and rail fencing
Long-lasting, practical enclosure that adds to rather than spoils the view. Posts used in these fences are typically 100mm x 75mm, 125mm x 75mm or 150mm x 75mm and rails are either 87mm x 38mm or 100mm x 38mm. Posts can also be backweathered (also known as one way weathered): the top of the post slopes back so rain doesn't rest on top.
